I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location almost every day for the past two years, but unfortunately today will be my last visit. I was extremely disappointed by the response I received from the manager when I respectfully requested that my drinks be remade. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the manager made comments that implied I was acting inappropriately by returning drinks later in the day, which felt judgmental and dismissive rather than supportive. As a regular customer who spends a significant amount of money at Starbucks, I expect to be treated with respect. Being blamed and judged instead of heard was shocking. I waited over 30 minutes for a drink, with barely anyone ahead of me, apparently they just let it sit on their counter and never notified me even. However, the couple other people they did, even though some ordered after me even. Also, when I arrived and barely sat down initially, a male, I assume manager approached me and my disabled client who had sat down and opened my computer and phone with the starbucks app and told us if we are going to be in the lobby we need to order something. Rude and uncalled for, mind you he asked another individual if they ordered yet that was already there, but did not say anything about hurrying up and ordering. I am so upset at this experience and treatment, shame on starbucks. As if almost $9 Teas aren't bad enough, you would expect respect at least.

just ordered a carmel macchiato. no reason for there to be chunks of white at the top and there was weird stuff at the bottom besides the carmel. It also tasted weird. the worker at the drive thru was rude, and didn’t even ask if i wanted a straw.

This Starbucks location is always on point. Their drive thru is quick and the employees are friendly. The inside is very clean. Lately, I’ve been on a cherry chai kick, so I have been here more often than I probably should. Ha! However, because they make the drink so well (compared to other Starbucks), I will continue to return to this location. While you’re here, enjoy one of their delicious pastries!

Ordered a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket and halfway through eating it found a hair on the bottom portion of the pocket. Absolutely disgusted. Reached out to Starbucks customer service and was not fairly compensated, will not be returning nor will I be eating Starbucks food.
