Starbucks Coffee Company

This is by far the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. I’m not one to leave reviews, but every time Jess is working I always get greeted with a big smile and a “welcome in! :)”, always knows how to turn someone’s terrible day right around and put a smile on their face. On top of being able to always have such an amazing attitude she always makes my drink on time. I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes when she is making my drink, as we know some people who have no life think it’s okay to come in and disrespect the workers and put themselves over anyone and everyone, but Jess never lets that get to her. Even with the super rude stuck up customers who shouldn’t even be aloud in public are mean to her she shows professionalism and keeps a smile on her face and does her job to a

Jess at the Chagrin store does realy great work. Even this morning in the face of one of the rudest customers I've ever seen she was calm, profesinal and focused on the ever growing line of soon to be satisfied guests. Stay up Jess, we see you and we know how lines work.

First they need to follow the new corporate objective 4minutes or less. Your barista JESS has a bad attitude. Told me my order was next and proceeded to do others. Who has 20 minutes to wait for an order??? Under staffed. Obviously nobody informed them of corporate changes. Yes drive by Heartland Coffee down the street and let me know your thoughts?? They have lines you have customers waiting to get their coffee 20-30 minutes with nobody in Starbucks. That should tell you something!!! Product service Heartland!!!!

Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely. As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!

Just popped in for a take away coffee and tea. I have recently started drinking coffee so asked a question about one of the specialty coffees. The lady who served me was just dam right rude by firstly ignoring my question then when I politely asked again she responded by pulling such a rude face and basically implying I was an idiot for asking. On my daily visits to Heartwood in Chagrin Falls you get a whole different level of service from such wonderful, polite, friendly staff.
