Sometimes they should have a 60%Holiday off if they want more people the guy barista is kind of Cold n Ugh.

The two girls who were working January 17th afternoon with black hair were rude to my gf after they had messed up our drinks twice, and the second time seemed to be out of spite for whatever reason. Very ugly behaviour. Manager offered to fix their mistakes but it doesn't make up for what kind of people they are, plus she was genuinely worried they would do something else to our drinks like switch the milks or spit in them or something. Thank you to the older gentleman who tried to make things right.

I bought a cold matcha and didn’t drink out of it until I hit to work. By the time I got to work it only had half a cup due to it mostly being foam. I went back to ask for a remake at a different location but they wouldn’t do it so I went back to this location and the manager didn’t want to do it. I’m disappointed that their customers don’t matter to them. I have spent so much money buying Starbucks drinks, food and gift cards but after this I’d rather go somewhere else. Remaking a drink isn’t going to break them.

I've been obsessed with matcha and this was by far the worst I've had from a starbucks. Literally taste like milk and water with a very mild hint of matcha if any at all. So disappointing. Not my usual starbucks and i would not order here again

Very sweet girls and they always make my coffee, right. I appreciate the good customer service.
