Starbucks Coffee Company

This review is about rude Sophie and her horrible customer service. I pulled up to Starbucks last night to order a caramel macchiato Frappuccino. Sophie immediately tries to change my order to an expresso shot and some milk. I told her no, and she continues to try to convince me to get her weird made up order instead. I asked her what the problem was and if she just didn’t want to make it, she told me that she was “trying to save me fifty cents” and said “your order is a frozen drink”. I told her that I would survive without the fifty cents. And that wasn’t the truth, she or whoever was working the shift with her didn’t want to make the drink I asked for. At this point I pulled up to the window confused. I have to tell her my order a third time, just to receive a half full drink that does

I love this Starbucks! They had a change of staff & they really are the nicest people. You can sit outside also on the veranda with the beautiful trees & flowers. Coffee is always perfect, great to meet people & relax with your espresso.

Music is too loud. Ive been there several times and I wont go there anymore. Soft music is okay but not at the level their bumping it at. Im not sure why its that loud either. At first I thought maybe it was a tactic. To like keep people from being on their phones talking or to drown out some noise. But I did like going there. Im not the only one that thinks that either!

On 10/18/2025 at 11:00 Am I went to this location’s drive through. Ordered a tall latte and nothing else. Being a line for 15 minutes. They gave me a black coffee with no sweetener or milk! I went inside and let them know as I was rushed to get to work. Did you not have even ever in person to get a Simple order right. Very disappointed and not recommending the location

Absolutely the best Starbucks in Summerlin, possibly even in Las Vegas. Next best store i know of is back home in Colorado. The customer service from this store is out of this world. It's pretty epic. Every employee down there does a stellar job. Is it like this 100% of the time probably not, but it has been loke that every time i go in. Sometimes i go there to order something and say hi to everyone.
