Starbucks Coffee Company

Coffee was good, staff was nice. Speed of getting coffee and sandwich was quick, but when I opened the sandwich to eat it, I better understood why it came out so quickly. It tasted awful. Looked nothing like the picture. Muffin wasn’t toasted, def wasn’t cheddar cheese, tasted like American. For $5 it left a lot to be desired. McDonald’s McMuffin is an upgrade from this. ———- UPDATE: Went back and got another breakfast sandwich. Still did not appear to be toasted (see picture). The regular coffee w/ 2% took 16 minutes to come out. Station worker asked what I was waiting for since she saw me standing there so long. She said they don’t get stickers for those. So, apparently someone forgot to grab it (register worker I believe). 0-2 at this location.

Chirstina the store manager MADE IT RIGHT! because two of her store associates where incompetent. I had to repeat myself 6 times. Than Christina stepped in and made everything right. I was upset with my experience and when I left, I was no longer upset. Thank you christina for standing by STARBUCKS standards of making it right! Those other two ladies need training !!!

Nice location. Clean place & friendl staff. Was in town visiting for holiday and stopped here. Coffee was was great had a Cortado. I don't usually sit inside but if I has to again this location is perfect. Restrooms are clean and good amount of seating for a Starbucks.

The breakfast sandwich was worst sandwich I have ever had. The bread was hard, the sausage way too chewy and there was an overwhelming amount of cheese. I could make better coffee at home. Everything seemed to be in a rush. Waste of $17.

The drinks are made well here but the customer service is terrible. The staff are consistently unfriendly - don't expect a greeting or response if you say good morning or thank you. Everyone seems miserable and it really shows in the way they treat customers.
