Starbucks is generally consistent, but today, I ordered an ice coffee with a splash of extra heavy whipping cream. Instead, I got an extra heavy whipping cream with a splash of coffee. I couldn't drink it. I go to this location a lot, and it has been hit or miss. With that said, I will go back.
I went because I had a gift card that I forgot about. I normally don't indulge due to cost. Because it was a freebe for me, I went ahead and ordered the new Carmel crunchy Frappuccino. My server let me taste the crunchy bits so I could taste and let them melt in my mouth. He also added chocolate for me. When I was walking around shopping I realized it was just too sweet so I went back and got 2 shots of expresso. Both people who served me were super friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at their kindness and attentive help.
