Starbucks Coffee Company

Have been a daily starbucks consumer for 10+ years. From the Northeast, to NYC, and now NC. Despite the southern charm of slow down - this location has incredibly long drive thru wait times, amongst other things, it is evident they opened way before being ready to do so. Atmosphere is nice.

I understand that is a new place, but if it is open, they should have what the promotion is on.. like pistachio, which they never have. And kpop even do is visible for sale, can not be sold..they why is on display.....sorry but is my forth visit ( given a chance) because is close to me. I was happy that I had a Starbucks next to me but now I am disappointed. I have to drive to the next Starbucks..thanks.

Ordered a hot chai latte and vanilla cappuccino. The chai latte was ice cold with no ice (a little odd) and the cappuccino was less that half way filled. The person who picked it up didn’t notice until she arrived. Very disappointed.

Amazing Starbucks and staff :) they made my custom drink quickly and it was perfect ❤️❤️❤️

There was no one in front of me when I order my lunch at the counter. I thought service would be quicker than last time. A woman who worked in HT came after me and placed her order and left. She came back about 12 minutes later surprised to still see me standing there asked me , "Are you still waiting?" I said yes and turned to a young man who was now filling orders for those who appeared to be his friends. When I mentioned I had been there first and asked about my iced tea, he told me they were ahead of me. I told them they were not. A few minutes later, he handed me my iced tea and told me to have a nice day. Terrible customer service! This Star Bucks could take lessons from either one in Pinehurst. Both are teriffic!
