Starbucks Coffee Company

Only making this review to alert management that employees need to be trained better. Every time I have ordered here, there is always confusion and my very simple order is made wrong. I also see it happening to other customers. It used to be a good location but hasn’t been recently.

Normally, starbucks service is like Publix, you never meet a rude employee. This location definitely changed that today. There's a young blonde girl working today who has the worst attitude and acts like it's going to kill her to talk. She charged me for a venti and gave me a small. She needs more training or maybe a job where customer service isn't involved, and needs to give customers what she decides to charge them for.

WARNING - Not a real stand alone Starbucks, just a counter in grocery store. I don't go to Starbucks for the coffee. It's not even organic. I go for the wifi and the lockable private bathrooms. Google, please designate the faux Starbucks on Maps. Starbucks, stop misleading your customers. I drove some distance to this place only to be let down. Big waste of time.

Im here all the time and audaijah makes my drink PERFECT she makes sure i like my drink makes samples for me and even makes my daughter feel welcomed that girl needs a raise!

Came in around 8am and there were probably 7 people in line in front of me but had my drink in hand in less than 2 min. Very efficient! Despite them being busy, everybody working seemed very pleasant with smiles on their faces.
