Fairly busy place at this hour of the morning. Walk in, and there are a few others waiting so I hang around and wait. Everybody's name is called every time a food item or drink item is set down. After a 7 or 8 minutes there's still a couple of us in there and names are still being called with everything. So I'm reading my email for a minute or two, and then I look up and I see a hot drink just sitting out there. So I go up and I'm trying to find the name on that and one employee walks up and asked if she can help me. I tell her yeah this drink is sitting here and name hasn't called and I'm trying to figure out if it's mine. At first she said Julian and I said no I was just sitting here next to the C, then she says is it Crazy? I say yes. You read everybody else's name off I'm standing here

Wonderful Starbucks location, it is beautiful inside. Extremely clean and it has a nice big dining room with lots of seating inside and outside. There is plenty of parking and 2 big driveways to get in and out easily. The baristas are all great, especially the person who took our order, she was bubbly and very knowledgeable. She shared the seasonal coffee she enjoys and how she likes to order it. Try the Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato Upside Down in the fall. It was different than what we usually order so we gave it a try and it was absolutely delicious, so glad she suggested it. When you pick up your order they have them separated alphabetically on a flat board on the pickup counter, which eliminated any confusion about our drinks, totally brilliant. Horrible experience at this location this morning. My fiancé waited over 40 minutes for a coffee remake. Eventually went up to just get a refund and leave. While getting the refund, he was told they never even begun making the coffee. We understand they were busy, but over 40 minutes for an iced coffee is ridiculous.

Great new location in St Charles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Less crowded than the 5th Street location. Enjoying the BOGO September Thurs-Yays promo for the fall specials with an Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato (upside down!) and a classic PSL. YUM!
