Starbucks Coffee Company

9 out of 10 times my order is incorrect. This is what "light" cinnamon powder looks like. I guess there is no in between?!? Ridiculous.The last 2 photos are 3 shots of espresso with cold foam & light cinnamon. I sat outside the drive-thru window and the barista never returned. The store was empty, no one was in line inside or outside. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. This location is awful!!! The staff is rude and unmotivated. This crew is not a good representation for a Starbucks.

9/12 Friday morning 9:45. Warm welcome and then this beautifully perfect pumpkin spice latte! It literally looked like an ad for Starbucks. Great job to staff!

if I'm generous this pumpkin spice latte was maybe half full underneath the whipped cream and there was still a quarter of the cup empty. Just brutal. If you're gonna charge the prices that this corporation charges for coffee it should be full every time. Starbucks solution to not making enough coffee is to fill half the cup with whipped cream and then by the time you pick it up half of it's melted off.

This company needs Major improvement. $10 for a medium coffee and a item from the bakery but yet you have to ask for a sleeve with a hot cup of coffee? However, they don’t mind setting up their point of sale system to Ask for a Tip before paying. Some items on menu have gone through a 40% raise or more since 2019. I bet the wages havent increased that much for your employees. Oh wait let’s setup a reward system for tips funded by the customer so the crew can split at the end of day instead of the company providing a raise.

Busy Starbucks on Cape Coral Boulevard, it does have a drive through and a small parking lot. Seating inside and out. Mom wanted a coffee so we headed here and she had her latte while I had a simple drip. Service was good and the restaurant is clean. For a Friday morning, there were a surprising few people using their laptops and tying up the tables. Nice to see!
