Starbucks Coffee Company

Went to Starbucks this morning. Great crew. But I got a venti and added a $2 tip and this is what I was handed. Hardly any ice and a chunk of coffee missing.

This place gets 'light ice' right! Out of all of the other Starbucks in the area, this one is THE BEST! I go out of my way just to go to this location. Keep being awesome.

I just wanted to share my experience with you. Every time I go to Starbucks, they seem to get my order wrong or make it incorrectly. It's really frustrating because I love their drinks, but it just keeps happening. On the bright side, their customer service is always great, and they do their best to fix the mistakes. However, I'm starting to feel like my money would be better spent at Dunkin or even another Starbucks location where they might get it right the first time. I do really like the one in the hall of fame village they get it right every time. It’s also really hard to get In and out of the Starbucks because the road location is terrible Just thought I'd let you know!

I get Starbucks every day of my life and I gotta tell you this is my favorite Starbucks by far. They are so nice and friendly and they brighten my morning up every day that I stop in here.

It was not good. We ordered a grande peppermint mocha frappacino. Got a creme brulee latte. My husband didnt realized it until he got home that it was wrong.
