Big shout out to Kathleen at the front. She helped me with my birthday drink and navigating how to do that. They recently renovated this location so it’s more open light and airy. There were a lot of people working on their computers and making use of the space. I wish they had vegan options in the savory section

I’ve never had a bad customer experience at Starbucks but Sally at the Goleta one broke that record She gave me the worse attitude I need Starbucks customer service to contact me I came to get a refund for a coffee that your store messed up I explained to Sally they messed up my order and I told her I paid 6 dollars for that coffee she offered to refund me $2 😂 condescending she goes “well that’s what you ordered “ I thought she was joking I asked to speak to a store manager and get college said she was the night supervisor. No way!😂 Sally is not suitable for this role she argues with her guests over a $6 refund Genuine question is the $6 refund coming out her check because the way she argued over it looks like it is!

I love this Starbucks. Excellent Service. Hard-Working & Friendly Staff. Great front patio with not ample seating. Plenty of room for more bistro tables 😉 COVID is past gone.. ... we weren't able to sit and enjoy the beautiful day but def a place to stop & relax and enjoy the passerbys.... It's Next to Sprouts 😃! My fav place to shop in this center-#Fairview #SantaBarbara

Nice, small location in Goleta, CA. This location has indoor and outdoor seating, but no drivethru. Don't let that detour you the staff here is friendly and speedy. On Sundays you can catch the local farmers market right out front.

Ernie is a rock star! So bright and efficient.. a real asset to your Starbucks! He knows how to treat people right.
