Starbucks Coffee Company

I’m truly disappointed to have to write this because I genuinely love Starbucks overall, but this particular location has consistently fallen short with my drink orders. My drink simply does not taste right and is often inconsistent compared to the quality I receive at other locations. I’ve given opportunities for it to be remade, yet it still doesn’t come out properly, which has led me to request refunds instead. It’s also discouraging to sense frustration from staff when I’m only seeking the standard of quality the brand is known for. I sincerely hope improvements are made, as I would prefer to make this my regular location, though I’m grateful there are other options nearby.

We came to this location during the "Great Verizon Outage of '26" in need of at least some Internet access for communications via email. We had been waiting over an hour and a half on a medical transport for my brother and couldn't get any communication from them. Finally, being able to get a little bit of information via email was extremely helpful. Every beverage I've ever gotten at this location has been wonderfully prepared. Today my husband got a Cappuccino, and I got a Pistachio Latte. We both tried the new protein addition to our coffees. It didn't seem to alter the flavor of the coffee at all (a good thing), but is definitely an easy way to add a few extra grams of protein to your day! I Simply asked about the popular Bear cup & the Lady that worked their snapped & got smart ;saying Noo ,Noo we don't have it ! She was getting smart . I don't kno if she was having a bad day or wat. Talked to the manager..he said The bear can be offensive..idk wat that means..if your simply asking. But the whole energy of the place was off ..if you don't like your Job ..you need to work in the back .or not work at all is my answer.

On 01.07.2026 at about 5pm we ordered two cups of Hot Chocolate. The lady gave us those cups and the lids both smelled horrible with perfume!! She used it on her hands, I guess. Not good.

One of the more consistent Starbucks around. Drinks are always good and service is fast. Plenty of seating and nice atmosphere. Updating to say this Starbucks definitely plays the best music of any I've been in. Added a pic of my coffee that I wanted cinnamon powder on - I love seeing all the cinnamon instead of wondering if it was added. They are top notch here.
