Starbucks Coffee Company

When picking up orders i get treated very poorly. Nobody wants to help me and i don’t like interrupting people. In my recent visit When I had the perfect opportunity to engage with a worker they didn’t say anything. When they handed me the order i said thank you and again nothing was said. No manners. I feel we should be treated like normal customers. I get that it could be busy but it does not take long to give a greeting or to say you’re welcome. Instead I awkwardly stand there hoping someone is going to help me.

The location is convenient. Service is good. The layout of tables and chairs is a bit awkward but it’s Starbucks so not that big of a deal. The reason for the low rating is they do not have a drive thru. Also because of the many businesses and restaurants parking may be limited depending on the time of day. Overall, okay but I’d prefer to go to a different location.

I have been to many Starbucks. This one by far had the best community feel! Everyone who walked in the door was greeted personally. Weather it be by a fist bump, complement on an outfit, or a simple “welcome in”, every greeting felt genuine and warm. Even though it was my first time I was in this location, it felt like home.

One of the worst Starbucks I ever been to. The cashier has absolutely no clue how to mend the register and get the orders right🤬🤬😡😡🤬. Did three cancellation to get one simple order as have to hold up the line. The manager is even worst. She had a bad attitude when employee asked for assistance. Will never ever go to this Starbuck store again.

This location used to be good. I always got greeted by a nice young man. Now there’s a grumpy old man (Mari) at the register and he is not nice, in fact he was rude to us and the customers behind us. He also took our order wrong, went to have him correct the order and he tried to blame it on us. He has a nasty and horrible attitude. Will not be returning here. Lots of other locations with better service.
