This location’s service has become awful over the last couple months and today I found out why! Picked up a mobile order …that I purchase DAILY, could tell immediately that it wasn’t correct by color. Asked them to remake it, the manager stepped in to take care of it and still made it incorrectly! Order plainly says “no whip”! Of course who has time to wait for a 3rd one to be made!!! If you can’t read & follow the descriptions on the side of the cup, you obviously can’t run a restaurant!! Not to mention he was gossiping loudly to the employees about another customer the entire time!!! Very unprofessional! The morning crew has always been very good, but don’t go after 2pm!!!

Calhoun Starbucks is the best! Customer service is amazing. The employees are so knowledgeable and kind. I go there every morning they call me by name and know exactly what I get. Thank you all for making my day so much better

SLOWWWWWW!!! Took 40 minutes to get my order. On top of that I didn’t even get what I ordered! That’s the most whitest Carmel looking mocha Frappuccino I have ever gotten from Starbucks why I’m a Dunkin fan!! Don’t go here!!

I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks that reflects a larger, ongoing issue. I moved to Calhoun in August and have been coming to this location regularly for about four months. During that time, the drive-through has consistently been extremely slow. Most days the line wraps around the building and spills into the street, with wait times of 30–45 minutes just to get through. Because of that, mobile ordering has been incredibly helpful and often the only practical option. One important thing to note is that once you enter the drive-through, there is a point where you are completely stuck due to curbs on both sides — there is no way to exit. So if the wait becomes longer than expected or an issue arises, you have no choice but to sit and wait it out. This week, I experienced

I am a tea drinker. The last 2 times, my chai tea was extremely watered down, so as expensive as the drink is, I stopped going. I could barely taste the chai. But, after several weeks, I missed my starbucks chai; so hoping I would get a better cup I tried it again, but still was was mostly water with some milk and splash of chai. Idk if it's lack of training staff on how to make it or if they are trying to cut budget, but I miss my tea!
