Starbucks Coffee Company

I have lost my reason to give this coffee shop my business. I used to come in for years and eceryone was sweet and friendly. The past 2 months have been a nightmare. Wait times on the app are not accurate. The app says 6- 9 minutes. The past 2 months I have never NOT waited an additional 5. Today was the last straw though. I was waiting and waiting. No greeting. No one asking me the name for my order. I was the only one waiting for a mobile order. I finally asked. I told them I had a mobile order that stated 6-9 minutes but that it is over 5 min of the suggested arrival time. Chelsea, a barista, says to me, " well, we're down a 'bar' soo, I don't know." I don’t know what’s up with the negative reviews lately, but I went there on a Sunday morning and the drive through had a lot of cars so I just went in. The ladies were nice, and I didn’t have to wait that long. I made my order, and had to wait for a bit. Overall the ladies were nice, and the coffee turned out just how I like it. I am not a Starbucks girly, but I’d say this was the overall best experience of only a few times I’ve been to a Starbucks 😆. Thank you! P.S. Oh I loved the Christmas decorations!

I have never posted a negative review anywhere, but today was super frustrating. My daughter and I waited over 30 minutes in line in the drive thru. There were only seven cars in front of us. We finally got to the window and got our two drinks and our cake pop. The barista never apologized for the wait, never said hello, and never said thank you as we were leaving. I got halfway home before trying my drink, only to realize it was not even made correctly. The sad part is our two drinks in the order were the exact same and she repeated it back to me when taking the order, so I have no idea how anyone could get it wrong. If I knew there wouldn’t be such a long wait, I would have gone back. With Seven Brew now in town and a Dutch Bros coming, we will not be returning to Starbucks. The

Had a lovely experience at this Starbucks! Ordered a Chai Latte with Oatmilk & 2 Pumps of Pumpkin and it was glorious!! The overall feeling in the Starbucks was clean, busy, and the staff was friendly and efficient! This location is bright and has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating plus lots of plugs and USB plugs for charging your devices. Really enjoyed my visit!

Management here is wack. Can always tell when their DM is in town because it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Have personally witnessed management berating employees at 1-on-1s in the store... With other customers here. Wildest experience I've had. Drinks are usually fine, but it's crazy slow and if you go inside, you never know what you're gonna see. Glad 7 Brew is open.
