I was craving Starbucks and happened to be close to Starbucks Coffee in Burnt Mills. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I was greater by the team as soon as I opened the door and my drink was made to perfection! It was so good that I wanted to go back and order a second one for the road. Caitlyn took my order and was very pleasant! I enjoyed chatting with her. Karel made my drink and made it SO WELL that I felt like he knew me. Because if Caitlyn and Karel, I will be a return customer of this location. Thanks so much to both of them for making my Starbucks experience one of the best yet! Stopped by this Starbucks one recent morning to get a refresher. Didn’t even realize until after I got to my next destination that they’d written a nice message on my drink cup that read, “Enjoy your day!” It was so thoughtful and appreciated. It made me think that often times, it’s the little things that can have a big impact. It made an impression on me that would make me go to this Starbucks again. To whomever the barista that wrote the message, I hope that you enjoy your day!✨ Thank you!

This is my long overdue review for the White Oak, Maryland Starbucks, the hands down best Starbucks in Maryland. From the manager, to shift leaders, veteran baristas and the newest baristas in training, these folks are the most professional, polite and best trained I have ever experienced. And I have been coming to Starbucks since they opened their initial store in our area many years ago. There is an energy and spirit in this store that I find unique. In fact, like the famous "Cheers" Sitcom of many years ago "here everybody knows your (my) name!" And they ALWAYS write a cheerful personal note on my mocha frappaccino cup. Thank you everyone for everything you do for me and all your patrons. I look forward to my daily Starbucks run because of YOU. God bless!

The staff is usually pretty friendly, and I always received great service. My drinks are made perfect 100% of the time. AWESOME staff!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for several years, coming almost every weekend for breakfast and to spend a little time online. Today, however, was very disappointing. The store was quiet with only a few customers, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I approached Aysiah, the manager, and politely asked if she could check on the internet connection. She mentioned she would try unplugging and plugging back the modem to see if that helped. After about 20 minutes, when the store was still slow, I went back to check if she had been able to reset it. Although I am an IT expert - I do IT for a living -and I politely explained that the Wi-Fi was not working on the Starbucks network, she tried to tell me it was my problem instead.
