Kailai (I believe that’s her name) acted as if she didn’t want to do her job. I requested for a grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra whip and caramel and the potato cheddar and chive bakes. She first undercooked the chive bakes (still ice cold in the middle) and then gave me a grande cup with 3/4s whip and a little coffee. I expressed that the drink was done incorrectly and also expressed that I wasn’t trying to be mean about it (when truly it was a lazy job done). When she remade it, she filled 1/3 of the bottom with nothing but whip, the middle with a little coffee, and filled the rest of the venti cup with whip. By time I got to the car to take the picture it settled so I doesn’t look as bad. I’ve ordered that drink and food from this location quite a bit since that Fry’s has opened.

This is not good at all. And after deciding to leave this review it is obvious not even upper management cares... all the answers to the reviews are the same obviously auto generated. Don't worry we have a black rock Cafe coming soon. This starbuck will not do any special orders because they say they are too short staffed. If you want a water they say you have to get in line even if you already ordered online. They need true leadership and training on customer service. Don't waste your money here, I won't. Let's go black rock cafe!

There is extremely long wait at this Starbucks always. They serve the lattes half full. THIS IS THE ONLY STARBUCKS I KNOW WHERE THEY NEVER HAVE ANY RAW SUGAR 😳😡 It is very strange, that’s the only sugar I like in my coffee. Most of the time I try to avoid this place and prefer to drive all the way to Verrado.

We come here a lot and they are always out of something. Which is fine, but their customer service is wild. Today we stood in line for like 15 mins before the gentleman took our order. Which is fine with me, looked like he was doing online orders. We weren’t in a rush and understood him being busy. But not one word. “I’ll be with you shortly” “ Hi just give me a second” nothing. When he finally came to take our order he said “what do you want” to top it off that was the only thing that ever came out of his mouth. He pointed to the debt card machine to pay, didn’t even tell us the total. And mind you it’s every time we come to this one, they are always dismissive, rude and just plain annoyed that we are ordering. This isn’t the first time this gentleman was rude either. This is the newest and worst Starbucks in the area. I’ve tried to get drinks from here many times and something is always sold out. The first time I had a drink from here, they gave me an iced Matcha latte with no ice. The next two times I tried to order they were out of almost half of their menu. Someone needs to take a deep look at this location and see why it’s failing so miserably and do some more training.
