I didn't give Starbucks five stars in this review..because I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe...and for some reason at this location they seem to put a lot of whipped cream at the bottom middle of the drink...and I do understand that maybe this is part of how they make this drink but it just kind of feel like to me with this one that it was so that they didn't have to put all the Blended frappe in the cup which I don't really understand why because they just end up throwing out the extra anyway...I don't know maybe you can ask to not have that whipped cream plug in the middle of it but it just seems that it shouldn't be there... overall the drink was good...fast service staff was helpful and knowledgeable..

Teach your staff customer service. Just the rudest group of people i’ve interacted with upon asking for them to fix the drink TWO people messed up. Embarrassing service for Starbucks.

Waited forever for a stupid cup of coffee. A paradigm example of what's wrong with Starbucks. Why do I have to wait for someone's double mocha orange squeeze avocado kiwi coffee latte to be made before i can have a simple cup of coffee poured? And there are no less than 3 people fussing around behind the counter!!

This is the worst Starbucks I ever had. I had a very bad experience with the service that they provided me for the first time in Starbucks location this one was awful 😖 I ordered a coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar, and they only put little cream so I ask for sugar and the lady said that they keep it in the back so she wasn't very happy when I asked for more sugar they should have in the front so the costumer can get it... then I asked for a Turkey egg sandwich, but they said that I only had turkey bacon and that I had to order one of the breakfast sandwiches so they could take out the pork sausage... I was not very happy with her nasty attitude... they should be more respectful with the customer if they are not happy with their job they need pick a job that they liked and not trying to bri
