Not really a hard job. Kaylee seems to think so though. Someone took the order, made it, then transferred it to a bag thinking it was okay to serve to a customer. Then they don’t even apologize when I drive back to say, “why…?” Kaylee just looked at me blankly and said “we can make another one if you want?” No, Kaylee I didn’t drive back here for you to just make another one, I also want an apology for wasting my time and how about some customer service while you’re at it? If you had done your job right in the first place we wouldn’t be having this awkward conversation that’s wasting both of our time. But please tell me how I’m inconveniencing you in this situation.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. We ordered a shaken espresso with no milk but sweet cream on the side. The order was passed out with milk in it and was kindly asked to remake with nothing in it as it was far too light and was supposed to be just espresso. The barista that made the drink rolled her eyes, gave out a large sigh and grabbed the drink to remake. She then passed the drink out by just plopping it on the counter with no eye contact, clearly upset with us. That's not good customer service and how dare this employee get mad at us when it was her fault in the first place for making the drink wrong. We are very understanding as we both have worked food service before, so there was rush to remake the drink, I am not sure where the attitude came from but it was like she

Simply the best! Starbucks in Brunswick is hands down one of my favorite places. The culture is so welcoming, making every visit feel like a small escape from the day-to-day rush. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting—perfect for meeting with friends, catching up on work, or simply enjoying a delicious beverage. The customer service is consistently top-notch; the baristas are friendly, kind, attentive, and go the extra mile to make your order just right. And of course, the drinks are amazing! Starbucks in Brunswick is different, it feels like home away from home because of the incredible staff, exceptional service and consistently great drinks.

Went on lunch break to pick up food for staff. Waited 20 minutes then watched them hand my order to a door dash driver.. no food for anyone now. 1 star
