Starbucks Coffee Company

Came in to get 2 medium iced coffees. One vanilla and one mocha with extra cream and sugar and cold foam. I had to repeat my order 4 times.. and ended up getting 2 large coffee… black. With cold foam on top. Sadly this was during my lunch break and I didn’t have time to have them remade. 2nd time I’ve been to this location and my whole order has been wrong. Please skip this location and head to the next one.

The folks at this Starbucks are extremely kind and helpful. I come here a lot for my lattes and for my kiddo’s favorite cake pops and they’re so sweet to him every time. Many thanks to Craig, Stacey, and the rest of the staff for the excellent service and making my son’s day!

The slowest Starbucks ever!!! They often have one staff or none during weekends! Ordering coffee for 30 min is beyond ridiculous! Avoid!!!

DON’T EVER GO HERE. The barista was extremely rude and said that they don’t fill drinks up past the half full point when you don’t want ice. I ordered online and my food was marked ready 10 minutes before I arrived. The lady was rude when I asked her to fill the drink and she filled it till it was about 3/5ths full.

Avoid this Starbucks. Most convenient sbux in bristow, but I have received my order wrong so many times, or I order on the app and they don't have things when I get there and then I have to literally call sbux to get a refund of items not provided. Customer service is horrible as well. I will start going to the sbux in target instead of this one.
