Customer Reviews
I love this cosy Starbucks for a few reasons: People who work there are very nice, the service is fast and their drinks are always great. It is so nice and cosy inside. The backroom has a wonderful fireplace and a cool design. There is a big wooden table and a few small tables. There is also a leather chair next to the fireplace. Sometimes I stay there for a while to get some work done while enjoying my drinks, food and the athmosphere. The bathrooms are always very clean. There is plenty of parking. You'll never have a difficulty to find a parking spot in that area, even when it gets busy. There is a nice sitting area outside that you can enjoy during warm days. Highly recommended! 👍
Location with cozy back room, clean restroom, cute outdoor seatings. Last visit they were out of strawberry matcha Frappuccino though...
I picked up a mobile order about five minutes ago and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me. An employee named Emine, whose name was on her apron, made eye contact with me but said nothing. After standing there for about five minutes, I finally said, “Excuse me, I’m picking up my mobile order,” and even showed her the order since I could see the drinks. She glanced at it, walked over to the drinks, and then just went back to what she was doing without acknowledging me at all. It felt extremely rude and really reflects poorly on this location. During this time, other customers were also complaining about their wait, and the whole atmosphere felt chaotic with terrible customer service. I waited another five minutes assuming she would eventually handle my o
Barista not well trained. I ordered a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, but the barista poured too much cold brew, causing it to overflow when they added the caramel cream. To fix it, they poured out about 90% of the cream and handed this to me. If I wanted just a cold brew, I would have just ordered one.
A dark-haired, bearded employee named “Haron” who has an accent, was talking to customers during a busy period today. At first, I didn’t understand what was going on and was just about to criticize the situation when he suddenly started talking to me. He asked how I was, asked for my name, and then checked the tablet and told me that the order I had been waiting for would be ready shortly. Just a few minutes later, my order arrived. On top of that, since I had been waiting for a while, he offered me a gift card. Out of curiosity, I asked him why he was talking to so many people, and he explained that it was to communicate and build relationships with customers, to fix any service issues if there were mistakes, and to prioritize the orders of people in the café. I have been to many Starbuck
