Starbucks Coffee Company

The cashier was focus on hes socializing with her colleagues. After repeating myself 3 times that i want my coffe with coconut milk, and after the cashier explained to me that first she heard almond milk, then soy milk in the end I recieved coffe with almond milk. Is good that I am not allergic to nuts because that was gonna end very bad (I did try the drink and that how I realized that is the wrong milk), but I did needed to trow away my 6 dollars drink. Hope the management improved the quality of service to their employees.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for about two years now. The employees are always very friendly and I’m never waiting too long. My only complaint is I think there should be a course on how to make a cappuccino. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where someone’s made a cappuccino correctly. I used to work at Starbucks myself and even the managers didn’t know how to properly make one.

I've been getting coffee and food here for about 4 years. My bf and I order daily. Very nice staff, great coffees. Ample parking. It is my favorite location. It's very cozy and lots to do around the strip mall.

This is what any good coffee house should be. The staff is lovely, they keep the place clean and humming, they handle their rush-times like pros, and are amazing at greeting, helping, and thanking all their guests. No wonder the neighborhood has embraced this corner location as a true "third place." Local study groups meet here, professionals work quietly on their laptops, friends and dog-friends hang around and socialize. Put down your phone and come have a brew.

I order 6 scoops matcha green tea latte for $8.50 so I expect to be right but they make it wrong ( I know I work 10 years as barista for Starbucks) but when I ask to fix it the person making drinks jump to say we make it as you want it so how many more scoops do you want? I get this from many different stores so it was bad for me to say something
