I had an amazing experience. Rocky was my barista. Amazing attention to detail and presentation. Very kind and hospitable. Drinks were well prepared. I will visit this specific location for my drinks to be made properly and the hospitality. See you soon Rocky! The restroom was utilized and it was clean. (Note food was not purchased during this visit)

The employees here have amazing customer service. Fast service and very attentive. The supervisor Rocky is amazing. Very formal and professional. Had a great experience until I ran into Jason, one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever came in contact with. Very rude, direct and blunt with little to no interest of dealing with the general public. Please reconsider your position at this location if your job is too much for you. Customers who love this location would appreciate it.

I am a regular Starbucks customer, but this specific location in Upper Darby is consistently unorganized and unprofessional. Multiple times now, my mobile orders have been made incorrectly. If you pay for extra cold foam, you receive the standard amount. Furthermore, they consistently provide straw lids for cold foam drinks, which defeats the purpose of the beverage. When I called to provide constructive feedback not even asking for a refund, just asking for better service the manager was unprofessional and had an attitude rather than taking accountability for the facility’s flow. If you want your drink made correctly and with a professional attitude, go to the Westchester Pike location instead. I had a great experience at this location staff was very friendly, welcoming and polite. The store was very tidy! Both of the ladies greeted me and the gentleman working was also kind who made my sandwich. Mint was very informative when taking my order and loved this gingerbread chai latte. I was disappointed after driving to find this hidden money lol and customer service is honestly dead this definitely cheered me up lol.

My experience at this store has always been amazing! Clarissa is my favorite barista always smiling always kind! She is always so sweet and kind always kind! My favorite location!
