Starbucks Coffee Company

This is one of my favorite Starbucks and all because of the amazing wonderful people who work there. Cantasha, Marcus and Sonya and always happy and so on it! The service is fast and the drinks are always correct! If you don’t love your current coffee shop come over to this one!

Malek provided excellent customer service and was very attentive. The only area for improvement was the cleanliness of the seating area, as my table had noticeable crumbs when I sat down, which was a bit off-putting.

Worst customer service at this location. The drive-thru worker and the staff making drinks consistently have poor attitudes. This feels like a leadership issue, not an isolated incident.

I'm here at this Starbucks right now. I was getting my laptop ready and as I was sitting here getting it ready to plug it in one worker here came and asked me if I wasn't going to purchase anything that I can't sit here. I come here many times and whether she see me before or not they just have not good service here. I do go to a lot of different starbuckses Town center Craig tenaya and a few other ones. But it just seems to me that whenever I'm here these people have an issue with me. Keep in mind that I wasn't just sitting here I was getting my laptop ready. This is I think four times that they've had issues with me. They follow suit on how their manager is.
