Starbucks Coffee Company

So I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer since it opened here. They do have some good people but they also have some horrible people. I went in for a drink and they said they can’t do it anymore so I said okay I’ll do a custom drink and make it my way then she says they don’t do custom drinks anymore either! well the one I was wanting anyway. That being said I’ve noticed it’s only 2 people that work there that always has an issue with making drinks all the others are amazing. At the end of the day these young girls need an adult (manager)in there with them before they run all the business away. Now the drinks are amazing and 85% of the staff is as well but a few of the team members need to learn how to talk to people.

The “Dream Team” is what I call the “ladies” at Starbucks! They are exceptional! Always greet you with a smile and are willing to go the extra mile to share their knowledge of new drinks. When I go in store and see the girls working I KNOW my drink will be exactly as it was the last time, delicious. I unfortunately don’t get that experience consistently, it’s dependent on the staff. I have never witnessed the “girls” being anything less than courteous. It’s gotten to the point that several people including myself won’t order if we don’t see them working. I myself have gotten venti drinks only half full, no exaggeration. I have also been told there was no way to order one of the hot drinks in a cold version. BUT again that has never happened with the “dream team”! You go gals of Starbucks,

I didn’t even like coffee, but I’ve been converted after trying it here. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the drinks are good. Pumpkin Loaf is incredible aswell.
