Bad experience today. I am very disappointed. My caramel macchiato literally tasted like coffee and milk, no caramel flavoring at all. Starbucks is not cheap anymore... how did you mess up that bad? I could've just made this at home. Please train your baristas better.

Team that works at this Starbucks go always above and beyond. They are super kind, and make sure you feel comfortable. Most of the times even when super busy they take my order to my table.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for years as it’s my local. but my experience today was unacceptable. A staff member named Jeremy who I’ve never encountered before was shockingly rude and aggressive from the moment we pulled up at the drive thru. I asked a simple question about whether almond milk had been added to my iced matcha latte as my drink appeared to resemble green water. Instead of answering, he took my drink to remake it without answering my question. I politely declined the remake — because his demeanor was so visibly irritated, I no longer felt comfortable consuming something he prepared. That’s when things escalated he became aggressive & combative. questioning why I didn’t want the remake, waving his hands in frustration, and speaking to me in a condescending tone.

They didn’t put the top on correctly on my coffee, when I went to grab it. It came off and spilt in my new car. Is it that hard to do something so simple. SMH

⸻ I normally enjoy coming to my local Starbucks, but I had a very disappointing experience recently with a staff member named Jeremy who I have not come across before so he maybe new. When my husband asked a question, Jeremy dismissively told him to “relax,” which came across as rude and unprofessional. Later, when my daughter politely requested a refund for her order, he was short and unkind with her as well. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from Starbucks, where customer service is usually friendly and welcoming. I hope this issue is addressed, as it left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
