I came in from the cold and sat down for a few minutes. I was immediately questioned by an employee if I was going to order anything. I said not at this time. I was told I would have to leave immediately and if I didn't they would call the police. I was quiet and not bothering anyone. The employee said this was a new policy. I have never been a big fan of Starlbucks but I will never grace them with my presence again.l!

Less is more, right? The new renovation looks great — no more cluttered tables! It’s a perfect spot for people on the go. And if you’re more of a “stay and chill” type, there are tables outside waiting for you.

I love Starbucks I go there pretty much every day. The Caramel Brulee and the White Chocolate Mocha w Brown Sugar syrup added are my favorites. The staff is very friendly and have always made me feel welcome.

This is the Starbucks in the neighborhood. I’ve been going here for a very long time. I actually appreciate the newest iteration because it is mainly just a storefront where you can order your drinks and pick them up and there’s also the ability to buy different tumblers and cops. They do not have seating any longer. So this is a grab and go. The way they renovated the space is really compact. They also feature local artwork with the wall mural. They are also more focused on making a quality drink. The two times I’ve gotten something, it has tasted great. The iced cherry chai was a surprising spring favorite.

Considering that every Starbucks has a different protocol for doordashers it would be appreciated if your staff could be more friendly when we try to get their attention to ask where the order is. My order was sitting on the counter in the back and no one handed it to me for 10 minutes even when I asked about it. I'm never helping Starbucks make money again by delivering your orders for you.
