Starbucks Coffee Company

I fell on a pile of mats and wanted the video so I can send it to Americas funniest videos and I have not heard from Starbucks yet. The wet floor sign is supposed to be for one mat only. Plus they should not be stuck in the main walkway.

I travel the country for my job and I visit every Starbucks in the area I travel to throughout the area and I have found the best vibes here!! I couldn’t help but ask for a picture with the greatest Starbucks barista’s ever! Keep bringing a smile to every customer and the wonderful staff that made me feel so special even during rush hour!! From an Amazon smile giver it gives me a warm heart that this Starbucks turned the tables and gave me a smile!! LOVE!

I frequent this location often as it is close to home and work. I am finding the service just keeps getting worse. When they make my coffee order wrong I am met with attitude. Today I was told that customers are not allowed to order coffee condiments on the side (cold foam). I order my coffee this way every morning without issue. I did accept this odd opposition and agreed to have the cold foam in my coffee rather than on the side upon ordering and paying. The manager stated it was "company policy" to not allow condiments on the side. When my order did come out it had no cold foam in the cup. When I asked for cold foam to be put in my coffee the staff felt it was a great idea to argue with me that I "wasn't charged" which was not my fault, it was the fault of their staff failing to charge

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Whether I get a pumpkin cream cold brew, or a hot caramel macchiato, the coffee is always delicious. I also enjoy their strawberry acai lemonade refresher, as well as their seasonal pistachio frappucino. Also, there are tables inside, if you would like to relax, and enjoy your beverage.

My wife and I go to this Starbucks all the time and always have a good experience. The staff is great. I just want to let them all know even though my order was incorrect I am NOT upset. It wasn’t a big deal and I think I just didn’t express myself clearly. They quickly corrected it with a smile at no charge which they didn’t have to. I appreciate them and will still be coming back here. Great people who work hard and are always cheerful. Keep it up!
