Star bucks is very convenient ! Especially at this location. My only gripe is there’s no tip jar for the employees and that is a practice policy. If there. ABIGAIL provided great service and I couldn’t give a tip. Star bucks need to better! If your worried about people stealing there tips ad it as option for credit card purchases.

Here watching while one is just standing and the other employee comes out to show a instagram video . This makes absolutely no sense to have ppl on the floor that aren’t working especially at a busy time . Causes delays for no reason . Used to go to the one in fort Greene because it was near my job but since it closed down I come to this one now. I always hated going to this location because of rude and unfriendly staff. Chubby yt lady with glasses got my MOBILE order wrong and didn’t apologized. Short girl with red stripes on hair made my “Mobile” order last when i ordered 10 mins before i arrived . Whenever I went in mornings they waste time talking to eachother like if they are not on the clock And shaved head male employee completely ignored me . The only decent staff is a tall woman with ash blonde hair. Such a shame fort greene closed down. They had the best staff

I come here almost everyday after I commute in on the Lirr, usually it’s pretty timely but it gets crazy busy sometimes and the system was down a few days ago. All the workers are doing their best to keep up with the demand from orders. And sometimes you gotta wait a few minutes. Great service, realistic wait times. I feel like they’re doing great.

Too much yapping, just give me my coffee, these baristas are forced to Yap but are super slow to put out my coffee. I paid for coffee, not a Yap session. I don’t want scripted small talk while my coffee takes 30+ mins to make.
