They maintain a calm, friendly tone and ensure every drink meets expectations. The flow is so organized and the overall experience is steady and dependable! As a Starbucks partner, this is the Starbucks I recommend. I've had a positive experience here for years & I purposefully come here when I need an extra boost of happy. Today Adrian took extra time to help me when I didn't know what to get.. his kindness really made my morning. I got a bagel from someone else & they were really sweet even though we didn't have a personal connection.. they still made me feel good to be here. Management here is doing an excellent job keeping their partners & customers comfortable & happy and it shows (: thank you!!

One of the coolest Starbucks I've been in PA (I haven't been to many!). This location always has the best atmosphere, and the vibe is awesome, especially with the best employees! (I'm not going to say names for privacy reasons, but they know who they are if they are reading this.) Thank you for always looking out for us. They were knowledgeable and very proactive and happy to help. The facility was clean and the coffee was quick. I got a caramel cold brew

It seems like the staff don't even know the proper order of processing orders. People who arrived after me received their drinks first, and my mobile order was pushed to the back of the line. I placed my order 5 minutes before arriving at the store, and I waited another 10 minutes in a store with no other customers.
