Starbucks Coffee Company

I went today in the morning 20 minutes out of my way because it said it opens at 5 am and the guy inside said they were closed with a bad attitude I don’t know if he just didn’t want to serve me or it was really closed. If it was really closed they need to update their hours of service

I have been going to this location for a while now with my young child. I recently visited this Starbucks location today and was disappointed by the level of customer service. The cashier appeared impatient and dismissive, making the ordering process feel rushed and unwelcoming. When I asked a simple question about being able to scan stars or points, I received a curt response, which made the experience less enjoyable. I have always appreciated this Starbucks for its quality and service, so this experience was unexpected. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure that all customers feel valued and welcomed.

Go here if you want to make sure your money doesn't stay in your community and goes to the Starbucks shareholders. If they didn't treat their staff like a revolving door there might be better service. But don't worry they're going to replace the local employees with robots as soon as possible.

Being GF things get tricky so I have to say, anytime I have any questions about syrups or new flavors being gluten-free, Kai is always the first one to go grab the bottle and read the ingredients. Kai has always been super helpful when it comes to helping me figure out drinks, when I want to try something new. Also this location has the cutest cups!
