Friendly good customer service. Not so much on attention to details. A white chocolate mocha isnt a white chocolate mocha without the white chocolate. Its just flavorless coffe and milk.

My daughter & I went to shop at the Alpine Albertsons this evening and since the Starbucks in the store was closed, we went to the Starbucks in the plaza next to the store. Although they had five staff members working at the time, the service was painfully slow - it took well over ten minutes to produce a single mocha even though there were not many customers in the place. Cafe Adesso at the other end of Alpine is a much better place with high quality and better pricing and it is locally owned!

This Starbucks needs a competent manager. Floors are dirty, bathroom needs maintenance. One employee sits and watches videos out loud, no common sense for courtesy of others. Great coffee.
