Starbucks Coffee Company

Just finished seeing a Twilight SpaceX launch needed my morning coffee. While I'm no longer a big fan of Starbucks, I have to say this location gives me hope. Good cup of joe, friendly staff, and clean. Have to give them a hand, working a Sunday morning.

Just me, the only person in the café, trying to behave like a normal customer and suddenly I’m in Starbucks jail for sitting without a purchase 😏. I briefly used the restroom and planned to take a business call, then order my drink. I was approached by who I assume was the manager and told the restroom and lobby are only for paying customers. The interaction left me feeling dehumanized and unwelcome, even though I intended to purchase. I researched the policy and it even says it’s okay for customers to sit briefly before ordering. I hope future first-time offenders can get more grace <3

worst customer service. Was waiting for my drinks and no one called out it was ready. Should of checked reviews before going in. Amanda is SO RUDE. not coming back.

It's a Starbucks. No different than the other 18 Billion Starbucks across America. You place an order, you get yummy food and drinks. Oh, the staff was all top-notch. Quick service with multiple smiles. And THAT is why I keep coming back. 👍

I was in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and I asked for a caramel frappe and it looked like they got mad and put a lot of caramel drizzle. Bad service
