Starbucks Coffee Company

Vibes are nice here. The barista was super patient with me and didn’t rush and explained what a Cortado was really appreciated the customer service and even heated up my muffin without me having to ask.

I just had the worst experience at this particular Starbucks!! I asked for Extra Caramel Drizzle and I didn't get it! I asked the girl that made it if I could please get it! I go to my local Starbucks everyday of my life and spend money and they usually put the extra on the inside of the cup!! Im adding a picture of what I was given! I have been in the hospitality business my whole life and this was not good customer service at all! NOT HAPPY

Ashley is absolutely amazing! She took care of us when our order was messed up. Infant she is always amazing! Thank you ashley. We go past a few Starbucks just to see her.

Starbucks is my absolute favorite! I live outside the area but travel 64 to Richmond for work. Midway is one of my favorite Starbucks at 800 E Rochambeau Dr. Everyone is always great, but this morning in particular the sweetest young lady working the drive thru @7:30 am just made and blessed my day. I, unfortunately did not ask her name, but ANGELS are just there when you need them to be. My order was great as always. Thank you for your products, customer service, and staff. You can’t know how her act and words of kindness made a difference for me today. Peace and prosperity. -Christonya Brown

We walked inside and weren’t greeted for 5 minutes when there were 4 employees standing there. There were no other customers, and 2 of them were dancing inappropriately (twerking) and singing to a song that was playing (not even acknowledging we were there). We kind of just awkwardly waiting for somebody to take our order, and suddenly an employee came from the back and finally greeted us. You could tell that the one who came from the back took their job more seriously compared to all the other people lol. But the food and drinks were pretty good.
