Never go to this Starbucks the previous reviewer from 4 month ago and there concerns were not answered and the same issues are still there. My issue is,I got the grande pumpkin spice latte, but they messed up my order.And the service was not there.The staff was unprofessional, there was nobody to take the orders at the register or the other employees are busy with something else or just looking around.Looking stupid, just don't recommend you to go there.Go to any other starbucks, but this one

This is the worst Starbucks location in the area based on: They consistently run out of the mix for the Frappuccino’s. This is not true with other nearby location stores. This is very disappointing. Lack of staffing. One day earlier this month the store closed around 3:30 because they did not have ample staffing. Many of the power outlets are broken or simply just don’t work

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless something was either really good or really bad. Unfortunately, this was the latter. First, the good. This location has plenty of outlets and seating, and there’s a lot of space inside. It actually seems like a great place to study. I saw another review saying the outlets don’t work, but mine worked fine. Now for the bad. It doesn’t seem like the drinks are made correctly here. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it wasn’t very sweet at all. I normally drink coffee black, so I didn’t mind too much, but I did notice a few other customers saying their drinks were bitter or not sweet enough, so it wasn’t just me. What really threw me off was hearing the baristas complaining loudly about having to work too much. The music was go

i love coming to this store, all the baristas are always so friendly, especially riley. she’s always very attentive and welcoming with positive attitude. will be coming back.

I ordered a venti coffee and the cashier rung it up as a tall. They could not refund me and ring up the correct size. Instead they added another tall coffee and the total ended up being significantly more than if I just ordered the single venti coffee. They didn't offer a credit or anythig, they just handed me a large cup.
