Please check your ice machine, I believe there is some pathogen (mold perhaps) in the ice that I taste when ordering ice water at 2 diferent area starbucks that causes me to feel off right after drinking. This happens only after I drink the ice water. Hot drinks are fine. I will not order ice water or any other drink that contains ice.

Although this place was a complete mess I feel bad for these staff members tonight. Some lady in the drive thru ordered 20+ drinks and the staff was overwhelmed. They did a good job tending to us in store customers despite the overloaded drive thru. Note: if you go thru drive through please limit your orders to 5 or less. If your really that lazy to not come inside and make a large order then your what’s wrong with this generation.

i sometimes sit here in this store and work, Their service is okay, although it takes a while for them to get your order in the store, they have not assigned a single person to get in-store orders! slow! the place is not getting cleaned very well( floor, glasses, tables..) FLIES hanging out everywhere! they can use some decorations as well, the 3 star reduction is basically for flies and cleanness! as well as being slow, that is why it does not get as busy as it should get ( the pics are for oct12,2023, i was standing waiting to order coffee, flies everywhere!) i talked to the manager about it and he said they are working on it! ( probably for the last 8 months)

I am beyond tired of paying 7+ dollars a day and nobody cares to follow simple directions. What is the point of spending top dollar when the order is always wrong. I have received numerous wrong orders from this location while heading to work. The employees do not care. See the photo. It is just irritating when it happens every single time. I asked for no foam, still get foam. So I receive 3/4 of a drink. Prices are going up and employees are getting more careless. I am the clown at this point I think I am done with this location.

I always order via the app and do drive thru here. Beware the parking and some of the drivers here are wild. Drinks come out really quickly and the staff really cares if your drinks are exactly what you want. The location itself is usually crowded and really tight.
