Starbucks Coffee Company

I'm in town from New Hampshire for break to visit family and I've been to this Starbucks a few times in the last week or so and have had an amazing experience each time. In the morning the wait in the Drive Thru can definitely be long, but I've had pleasant conversations with the people manning the window, including a girl with really cool pink/purple hair and a taller gentleman with a buzzcut. The wait barely felt like anything since they were so welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly. The cafe itself is tidy and more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I've been to and it was nice to have somewhere to relax and study without being squished right next to a bunch of strangers. The Del Rio location is hands down the BEST Starbucks anywhere. We’ve been going there daily, for years, and I don’t think that we’ve ever had an order that was incorrect. The attention to detail is actually quite stunning. Kudos to management for hiring the best crew. Especially Liam! We can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I can’t rave about this store enough! I normally come here on my way to my night shift and the evening crew is also so kind and always make my somewhat complicated drink correctly. I normally come through the drive-thru and I almost never have to wait for my drink but when I do they are always engaging and ask about my day and now since we know each other more I get greeted by name! It’s obvious to me that they all enjoy what they do!

This location is always over crowded and hard to pull in and out of for the drive through location. I had purchased 2 coffee beverages but my daughter wanted a cup of water. She went and asked for water but was told she had to buy something to get it. This is the first and only time we have had this problem at Starbucks! Probably won't go back to this location again..Disappointed!

We love the new hours! Good to meet the store manager, Taylor, and Christian and Jacob! They are all so friendly and welcoming. They represent Starbucks well! Give them all raises! See you again soon!
