I came into this location last month since I’ve now discovered their hours have been changed to a later time! I was immediately greeted when I entered in the location with an uplifting smile and enthusiastic tone by Vedika! She took my order and made my drink quickly and ensured it was done to my expectations! I was shocked with how efficient the service was and how perfect my pumpkin spice latte was made! It tasted incredible which doesn’t happen as much as you’d think since most places that make this drink fail to give it that flavor (mostly tastes like milk! The Sevice was a 10/10 along with the quality of the drink. If you ever come to this location avoid contact with this employee.I wanted my drink remade because it didn't taste good, and after some bitter looks she gave me, she reluctantly agreed suddenly making an excuse that she didn't have to since I didn't purchase the drink at the location. If this is true i can understand the policy, but i had previously been a starbucks partner and NEVER denied a customer a drink remake as long as they had proof of purchase and if the drink was still full. They had unprofessional attitude, and just looked like they didn't enjoy their job and looked like they didn't want to be there, so i questioned her claim - she seemed bothered and and was very combative with her responses… I felt like I was being treated differently- ESPECIALLY when I had never been treate
I've been a regular that's come here for the past 6 months, Athena, Mia, and Jill always pays attention to safety, delivers exceptional customer service, listens to the customer, quality of work is top-notch. they're willing to take on challenging drinks, they all work together well as a team. I can really see Starbucks treating them well and the work environment being good, good job Starbucks for hiring these three, they all deserve a promotion / raise.
I ordered through the app beforehand because I was in a rush and didn’t want to wait. First impression, the store was big, atmosphere, clean and well decorated. Then, I saw my order ready despite just ordered it 5 minutes beforehand (yes, I was nearby, within 5-minute walk, and decided I wanted a coffee). No hassle, no wait time, just in and out. The drink was great 👍 If I was not busy, I would spend time there because it was kind of chilling.
I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and the baristas here are truly some of the best! This morning, despite how busy it was, Irine went out of her way to help me with my order in such a thoughtful and kind manner. Thank you, Irine, for making my day — your kindness really stood out!
