Horrible service. :( I did a mobile order. Got to the counter about 5 min after I placed it (estimated wait time in my app was 4-7 minutes). My drinks weren’t on the counter. There was a customer in line and after their drink was made the employees weren’t doing anything. I politely asked if they had received a mobile order with 2 drinks, to which I received zero response. But the 2 girls working glanced at their screen and started making drinks. Trying to confirm whether or not my order had gone through, I asked again about my drinks and was ignored, again. I stepped back and waited to see if the drinks they were making were mine, which they were, thankfully. When I picked them up from the counter I said “thank you”, to which I received a “yep” in response. I’m from Europe and don’t expec

The 2 Starbucks at this plaza are 2 of the worst in the nation. First off they close at 6:00 PM. Secondly, they shut down the espresso machines by at least 5:30 PM, and claim that they aren’t working. Thirdly, read all the other reviews. I can’t remember if I’ve ever actually even been able to get anything here, despite trying multiple times. Trash establishments.

I am extremely disappointed with their service, I goto Starbucks through out the country daily and never had a problem ordering my favorite off menu drink at this location I was cursed at, overcharged and then berated when I asked for a refund. A simple we can’t make it would have sufficed. I won’t be returning to any Starbucks on the turnpike, I rather wait to goto a stand alone location where I know I won’t get cursed at for ordering a drink.

Tea has a completely different taste

super slow. They say very quietly whose order is ready and no one understands where their cup is. I waited 30 minutes for one cup of coffee. Is this normal?
