Starbucks Coffee Company

I come in here every morning before work to pick up my mobil order. Every morning there is also a group of men sitting by the entrance constantly spewing hateful and racist rhetorics and just generally being rude to other customers and staff unprovoked. I truly don’t recommend anyone comes here until something is done about them. They seem to be regular customers as they are always here, they taint the environment of the store and I do not feel safe walking into this establishment when they are around.

People are literally waiting in line, and no one as much as acknowledges us. I was running to work, so I had to ask a few times if I could order. Only one person (a woman with braces) was kind enough to finally take all our orders, and she gave me a discount for the next visit. I'm not sure I'll come back, though.

Loved this Starbucks location. Very friendly service and their Halloween theme was on point. Their message wall was a very cute and entertaining way to spend your time while waiting for your order.

Our barista did not listen to our order properly when two of us asked for a grande and instead she gave us talls. She seemed annoyed when correcting her mistakes. Along with this, my grande that I changed to was only filled as much as the picture shows and consisted of 3/4 ice (**no drinks were taken prior to this picture). I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of service at this location. It seems they do not take pride in their work.
