My caramel ribbon cruch taste like straight water this morning If I wasnt in a rush I would had taken it back highly disappointed being that this is my wake up drink in the a.m

I was a paying customer with a pick up order and the bathrooms were locked. The staff saw me go that direction and come back. No one spoke to me until I picked up my coffee. There was an eldery gentleman at the counter trying to figure out how to use his app and I was being completely ignored. I do no appreciate being a paying customer and being ignored and not allowed to use the bathroom. And Im not taking my coffee in the bathroom. I will go to another starbucks next time where hopefully they dont ignore their paying customers who need to use the bathroom.

Friendly, quick, and professional staff able to crank it out despite the weather and staffing shortage way to go, I thoroughly enjoyed my turkey pesto and mocha frappe.

They get very busy in drive thru. Inside service is either quick or usually not too long of a wait. I visit weekly. I order on app. Figure they'd know my name by now. Same employees. Drinks are correct as well as correct orders
