Starbucks Coffee Company

First I want to commend the team at Starbucks for an amazing experience every-time I walk in. I’m always greeted with a warm friendly smile even if it’s at the crack of dawn or before they close. I work close by here and there are times I need a quick coffee or meal to have, Starbucks in Downtown Crown is always there for me. Considering what is going on, the staff never fails to have a bright smile and keeping their heads held high. The environment is so nice and clean, I’ve seen some other locations lacking in that. The managers here know how to conduct a well oiled machine. Y’all are doing really great! I’ll be popping in shortly!

Very busy store, but still extremely fast, friendly, and helpful service. I was impressed with how quickly the drinks came out even though they were very busy. Clean cafe with a long table for working on a laptop. A lot of outdoor seating with nice landscaping. I ordered the wrong thing first by mistake but they fixed my order very efficiently and quickly.

20240512 finally tried the Summer-Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers. It was pretty good. I also picked up the pineapple cloud care that looked delicious. After hanging out for a long time, I ended up getting the honey citrus mint tea, and that was really good. The barista was nice and helpful. The interior of the store could be nicer. The chairs and tables have aged. The outdoor patio has plenty of seating and spacious with a supersized Connect 4 Game. There were many people with dogs walking in to pick up drinks... sooo cute! I love that it's dogfriendly. First Starbucks I've been to that allows dogs, and I have visited many in the East Coast.

Not having a drive through especially in SUCH a busy, popular location? 👀 REALLY sucks as a single mother of 3 tots. It's extremely hard to get them all in and out safely 😳

Asked him (the gentleman, bald guy) to add just half an inch of steamed coconut milk on top of my triple blonde espresso. He charged me about $6+, even though I explained that any milk up to three-quarters of an inch is supposed to be free (from my experience in other stores). His reply? “I didn’t buy it free.” But the board clearly says: “No extra cost for milk add-ons.” Too much negative energy for such a beautiful morning.
