Starbucks Coffee Company

Usually I love this location. They’re fast, polite and the orders usually come out perfect. But this morning my husband came home with this sandwich. I just find it hard to believe that the person who made this didn’t notice the giant hair woven around the sandwich. It’s pretty big and most of it was on the outside. How did no one see that?

I got a Sugar Cookie Macchiato with almond milk and sugar cookie foam!!! The person I was with got a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. She made the best ones we have ever had. The was around 8pm last night!!! Thank You!!!

I went in for a refresher and to check for a specific product. The person at the register was extremely kind and helpful trying to find the product for me. I never caught her name but she had a long ponytail and glasses. Her and every other staff member were trying to help me find the product I was looking for. It was unexpected and went completely beyond customer service and had the highest professionalism I have encountered at any Starbucks.

Order always ready and sitting on the counter. Drinks and food are overpriced, but that's just about anywhere these days. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Update: it’s now a 1 star instead of 2. This place actually sucks. Also I love how they take the time for their customers to write something nice on our cups. My husband and I both got “yay” I’ve been here so many times and usually it’s exactly fine. But this morning I came in and the customer service was awful. I went up to order and the cashier just stared at me. I said “Goodmorning” and she just stared at me like I was irritating her for having to do her job. Your employees need to be more welcoming. I don’t wanna be up with early either but here we are. I’ll probably start going somewhere else. Sorry I had to edit and make this a 2 star. I got a grande and when I asked for a sleeve for my HOT coffee that burns my hand they replied “oh sorry we don’t give out sleeves anymore for grande
