This is definitely one of the best Starbucks stand alone stores around! They have the friendliest staff. They ALWAYS get my drink right. Also Sarah the manager is so knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I'm going to visit my friends when I go here. Thank you to this store for making me feel welcomed

Arlee took our order today and was super kind and helpful. I went in today with my daughter. My daughter ordered her usual pink drink and cake pop. I ordered my usual match latte but wanted to try the cheese and sugar plum danish. Another staff member there said they were out of the danish which was no big deal. I was waiting for my matcha when Arlee came over and said she had found one for me. My daughter and I got to try it and we both loved it. Thank you Arlee for your help today. We will be back soon!

Since the new staff started there.. every other time I order a drink through the app or in store, my drinks taste disgusting. I have tried this store a couple times hoping they would make them better but they are not. Also have noticed that they are not full drinks, there are gaps in the drink as pictured below. Dissatisfied and I have contacted corporate directly.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I come here almost every day since I work in the plaza, but most of the time my drink is made wrong or just tastes terrible. If the baristas don’t know how to make the drinks properly—especially the cold foam with protein—why keep selling them? It’s frustrating to pay $7 and end up throwing it away. It happens constantly. It’s ridiculous that I have to drive all the way to the other location on 1919 Rd 35 just to get the same drink made right. This is honestly exhausting and unacceptable.
