Starbucks Coffee Company

I love Starbucks, it is my go to coffee shop. I love the food the atmosphere is very calm, but it stays steady with the customers the cashiers are very friendly and kind, especially the crew in New Mexico. Go and visit and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

I stop in here almost daily. The barristas here are absolutely phenomenal! I pull up to order and they say "Hey Kimberly, your drink is ready!" Then they will leave notes on my cup. They go above and beyond to make you feel special. I have never had an issue with my drinks or the staff. Incredible folks and great coffee to kick start your heart! 💜💜

Went here this morning to treat myself to a coffee. I have gotten the same thing for years. Well today when I ordered they decided to completely ignore the fact I asked for oatmilk. So there was no cream or milk in the coffee just syrup and classic syrup. That coffee tasted awful. So after spending $8.41 on coffee I went home and threw the whole thing away! I won’t be going back here for coffee for a very long time since they don’t know how to listen to their customers. Also when I got to the window the girl completely ignored me for 5 min even though she had my coffee right beside her. Completely unprofessional. I used to love Starbucks but this one I won’t go back to. Maybe I need to travel back to the exit 7 one since they always did a great job and cared about their customers

Why do they even have marks on the cups? They add flavoring and cream when making my iced coffee and then pour the coffee to the fill line, then add ice. How many freaking ounces of coffee are you actually shorting me with this practice? Why don't the baristas build my drink the same way? I alway order a trenta iced coffee. Sometimes it comes with 5 pumps of flavoring sometimes it comes with 7 pumps like it's supposed to. Do I have to call it or every time they do my drink wrong? Why can't we get some consistency with such a simple drink? They didn't even fill my cup today!

Very nice Starbucks walking in, however I give one star due to the unprofessional ability to solve problems and how I had to buy my own cup to get my coffee. Which was the price of another coffee. We are driving 16 hrs through town, stopped in for a coffee. They somehow ran out of lids for grande and venti cups. We ordered several grande coffees and they tried to give us the equal amount in “talls”. I asked if I could have the cup without the lid, that was a no. I then asked if I got my own cup for them to make it if they would make it in that since we are traveling. We don’t have enough space to put 4-6 talls in our car, let alone I would rather not divide up my coffee. They went ahead and made it anyway after I had already said no, so off to the side I had to buy my own travel cup, and p
