Distasteful attitude by the Managment at this location. Whenever I have ordered specifally this location and arrive about 5 mins after my noble drive thru order is placed where the app gives an estimated time. They always says "hey for heads up we need x time to complete the order." I'm sorry but if I placed the order at the drive thru at the moment I gave you my name instead, then it would need to be ready at the window soon. And I wouldn't be asked to pull around. I have never ordered more than 1 coffee and maybe a bakery item. I waited an additional 10+ minutes after giving my name. I'd like to think it was due to amount of people coming to the store, but I've been to busier locations that are more prompt and courteous to their cutsomers. And this was the outcome of the drink. 2 Monday mornings around 6 AM I ordered coffee, and the experience was very disappointing. It was obvious the barista didn’t seem to know how to use the espresso machine. One drink tasted like diluted machine rinse water with syrup, and the latte tasted like plain milk with no espresso at all. What a terrible start to my morning！ Every other time I’ve ordered, the coffee has been great, and I always leave tips. I hope the quality during the early morning shift can be more consistent.

It has a very nice atmosphere. The ambiance is chill. The only issue I have is that the employee's didn't greet people as they came in. The tables and floors were dirty. The only time anyone showed interest was when I actually went to go pick up my pre-ordered food. That turned the atmosphere from Nice to weird and offensive?

I end up at this Starbucks often since it is one of the places I can get a drink/snacks while I am doing schoolwork in between different gigs. The drinks has always been good. However anytime we try to order one of the food items they are out of it. The service is good expect for a few that will make the wrong drink and then get mad if you point it out. The thing that really bothers me is that the music is really, really loud in there. You can ask them to turn it down and they will for a few minutes and then turn it back up and then talk very loudly to each other to be heard over the music. Please, please do something about this. It should not feel like my ears are bleeding with how loud the music is half the time.

Ordered through drive thru an iced drink, once I got to the window the server gave me a hot drink, I then said I ordered it iced and he simply said “no”. Very distastefully.
