Omg I love that they finally got my order correct! I asked for an upside down iced water and they really went all out 😍god bless these hard working baristas

I submitted my order through the Starbucks app and showed up at the drive thru at the time the order was supposed to be ready. I then proceeded to sit behind the same three cars at the pickup window for 15+ minutes before the line moved forward. By the time I got to the window, I received a grainy tasting chocolate cold brew and a barely warm grilled cheese sandwich. I don’t understand what could cause such a delay at the drive thru. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks.

This location has some good areas to use to knock out some work when in the Richmond Parkway area. Staff was friendly and when I have visited mid morning it hasn’t been busy or too crowded. Good place to have an offsite meeting. Beverages and food items are just like any other Starbucks.

My brother went to buy a coffee and then after he bought it. We chilled outside then I came back in again to use the bathroom and they told me I had to buy something to get the code to the bathroom. My brother did buy something and when the lady said that I couldn't use the bathroom then she laughed. Would not recommend this starbucks just because how the people treat you here. Customer Service means everything to your customers!!!
