I wanted to say thank you to the baristas at this location. My husband and I came through the drive through on the way to our pup Axle’s last vet appointment after a losing battle with lymphoma. I ordered a coffee and a pup cup, asking for chocolate drizzle for his final day. When we got to the window, I’d been told the order was comped. Please know this was such an appreciated gesture by your staff. Axle, though he had a reduced appetite, enjoyed his Chic-fil-a chicken minis and pup cup before his appointment. We dipped some treats in the whipped cream while waiting for the appointment, and he crossed the rainbow bridge with a full tummy and lots of love. Thank you all ❤️
When I make visits to Roanoke, this is a favorite stop. Typically I order to pick up using the app about 10 min before arriving and the order is ready and at the proper temperature. The service here is impeccable every time I have visited! Please keep up the good work!
IDK who was working the drive-thru around 4:20 today, but PLEASE protect her at all costs. She was beyond amazing — hyped me up by telling me I was gorgeous (10/10, needed that), fixed a mistake I made without making me feel dumb, and was just pure sunshine. We go to Starbucks like 6x a week in Minnesota where we live, and she was hands-down the nicest Starbucks employee we’ve ever encountered. You absolutely have a gem on your hands. Give her a raise, a trophy, or at least unlimited cake pops. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this Starbucks. Drinks are always spot on. Service is awesome. Staff always knows me by name and greets me every time I come in. Mind you it can be busy; however, it’s worth it every time. Kudos to GM Kim and her staff for making this Starbucks top of the line. Keep up the excellent work.
I want to shout out Kyle at this location! We had a large order to pick up for Leadership Roanoke Valley and even though they were slammed with the morning coffee rush Kyle was courteous, kind, and efficient cranking out our large coffee order! He is awesome and definitely the kind of person you want to have on your team!
