Starbucks Coffee Company

I often come to this Starbucks because it’s on my way to work. This morning I had ordered at this speaker immediately felt that the woman on the other side of that speaker had an attitude. When I get to the window, it is a taller woman with tattoos and dark hair. She doesn’t even ask me how my day is doesn’t say good morning nothing I stick my phone out of my door to be scanned. She’s barely meeting me at all. I’m having to have half my body out of my door to even reach her same thing for when I pay with my card. She’s again not meeting me halfway and I told her I can’t reach it and she still doesn’t move it closer. just completely acted like I was an inconvenience to her this morning and not really sure why like I’m sure there are other positions in there that she could be doing to where

I come in and order my usual a hot coffee with splash of half and half, peppermint syrup, and sf vanilla . They just gave me the coffee, no half and half. and at the point i didn’t even realize the syrup wasn’t in it. i bring it in and they put half in half in. but i take a sip 10 mins after i leave. no syrup at all. So basically they handed me just my coffee and didn’t even prepare it right and i only got one thing fixed because you can’t tell if there is syrup or not. i’m not drinking black coffee with nothing 😭😭

Nice people, but they need more training on how to make drinks right. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew today and what I received was basically a cup of milk with ice. Seems like they skipped the cold brew part, which is kinda the point of ordering from a coffee place.

Friendly staff, but my Americano was super bitter and old tasting. It only took about a minute from me ordering, pulling up to window and handing them my card to hand me a 4 shot drink. I know some places prepull shots or constantly pull knowing they'll be used soon, but I couldn't drink more than half before throwing the rest out

No, just no. We just left here and got our order wrong 3 times. The girl didn't take our order correctly even after asking her at the box if she got everything. She read it back and it was still wrong when we got to the window. The 3rd time it looked correct and we pulled away. However, it was still made incorrectly. Don't recommend.
